Balmain Dance Academy has been established in Sydney's Inner West for over two decades, providing first class tuition in Classical Ballet, Tap and Modern dance. Balmain Dance Academy boasts a diverse and experienced teaching staff, whose goal is to ensure all students continue to thrive and develop their passion for dance.

Balmain Dance Academy specialises in Classical Ballet, teaching the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus to all grades, from Pre-Primary to Advanced II. We are renowned for our committment to high quality performance studies, culminating each year in an annual concert featuring dancers across all grades and disciplines, including modern, tap, jazz, hip hop and contemporary.

We have two studios, both fully equipped with barres, mirrors and tarkett dance flooring. Studios are light and airy in summer and well heated in winter. We have good sized dressing rooms and outside waiting areas for parents and children.
